Off to see the lizard...
I'm off to see the good ol' furusato to visit family. It's been a decade since I've set foot in Nippon, so it will be VERY good to get back. The biggest thing I'm looking forward to??? FOOD!!!! The Japanese food is just not the same here in DC. I'll only be there for a week, but it will be a week well spent, I'm sure.

OMG Tom, I'm soo jealous! You're so lucky!!! Lica and Daniel are there right now! Ugh! Anyhow, have a great trip and hi to to your brother for me (if he still remembers me)!

Since we missed D.C. this past May, maybe we'll see you next year May in DC.
