hahahahahaha! Oh Armando, you know I was right, Cindie even agreed you'd say that you took the picture and you want it off the site immediately. You know you would of...LOL! I know you all too well...you should know that =)
cindie, i think they opened around 80, so that makes em at least 25 years old! think back to say, 1990, and what something from 1965 must've looked like.
btw, looking thru google earth, i noticed that what we knew as the parking lot in front of the commisary is now some kind of open space, with the parking lot no at its side. incidentally, the new gym is also showing in construction.
yes, when i first heard about google earth one of the first places i visited was the base and there were many changes.

Yeah, I saw some of the changes when I went back in 2003. The parking lot in front of the Commissary is gone. And they have some building right in front of the NEX, between the NEX and MWR. I didn't have time to walk around much, so I don't know where the parking went.
