Visiting the USS Midway

My family and I went to visit the Midway while visiting my sister in San Diego. What an emotional visit! So may fun memories from family cruises, visiting my dad in the OZ division offices, father/daughter dances, etc. Thought I would post our reunion picture. Left to right are my younger sister Maggie Lesley, me (with my son), my father Ron Lesley, my daughter and my mom Debbie Lesley. I recommend making the trek if you can.

It's been awhile, but we're still here...

Aloha everyone!  I know, I know, it's been sooo long since our last update!  We've been super busy after the reunion and tryin' to live our lives.  But we're still here.  We've gotten a few new members to the blog (which reminds me, I still need to add onto the sidebar...)  Anyhow, if you're still following us, thanks as always!  Please feel free to continue to post on the blog and update us with your life.  I know everyone has a Facebook page and that's one of the main reason our dear ole blog has been sadly neglected.  But I thought I'd stop on by to report we'll be having a mini reunion sometime this year.  It's going to be a very informal reunion.  Please check back from time to time on the reunion updates.  As always, please feel free to contact us, we'll be glad to answer any questions regarding the upcoming reunion!

Hello everyone! Finding this Blog has brought back so much good memories of my brief stay in Yokosuka! I hope to hear from anybody I used to know from the good ol days! Here's a picture of myself and my wife "goofing off" down in LA. I will make it a point to attend the next YoHi reunion; thanks again to all the Blog moderators for granting me access to this awesome blog! OK... so Nile C. Kinnick is ADDED! YEA! Here's what you have to do (if you have Facebook):
List your school in the Education section of your profile which will allow users to search for you by your high school information. To do this, please click on the "edit" link next to Profile and then click the "Education" tab on the following page.
I've done the test and got it to work. I'm the first one... YEA! If you can see my profile (c/o 1990) then I guess it works.

Hey everyone! Since no one has added anything since April, here's a new post. I've tried several times to see if our high school was included on Facebook... it hasn't. SOOOOOO, I took the initiative and sent something in to their administration to add it! :-) Give it a couple of days and you could add that group/school to your facebook! It'll be under: Nile C. Kinnick High School.
